Forty Years Young

This month, my wife and I attended a special birthday celebration.  It was the 40-year celebration of the Madison Trust for Historic Preservation.  Since its inception, Madison Trust has served an important function similar to preservation organizations around the country: to save our historic sites and buildings for future generations.

It’s a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood

I believe I’ve always been a person open to change.  There’s a certain excitement to change and its combination of unpredictability and desire for improvement. We’ve seen several changes in our Tenney-Lapham neighborhood over the past year, namely several new businesses that will be a very nice enhancement to what we already offer.
