Rooms Rates and Policies for Your Stay

Reservations & Cancellations: A credit card is required at the time of reservation for a $100.00 deposit. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at time of booking. The Livingston Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
If reservations are cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is $100.00. If reservations are fully or partially cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to the full amount of the cancelled reservation. If the cancelled reservation is re-booked, we will refund the amount re-booked less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Breakfast: Coffee and tea are available at 7:00am every morning. Generally, we begin serving full breakfast at 8:00am weekdays, 9:00am weekends. Guests have the option to select several items. However, we enjoy making breakfast for our guests, so please do not hesitate to ask Peggy if you have a special request. We are also happy to make you a full breakfast earlier upon request.
Pet and Smoking Policies
No pets allowed. Our dog, Ella, a small brown cockapoo, resides in the private area of the mansion. While she would like friends, we cannot allow pets at The Livingston Inn.
No smoking. Out of respect for the health and well being of all guests, we do not allow smoking in the house or any area outside on the property.
